This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our platform — including our website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Platform") — which enables users to earn rewards by completing mobile app installs, surveys, and tasks. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you disagree, please discontinue use immediately.

2a. Information You Provide
When you register or use our Platform, you may provide: • Account details: name, username, email address, date of birth, country of residence • Payment/redemption details: PayPal email, gift card preferences, or other payout method information • Identity verification data (KYC): government-issued ID image, selfie, and extracted fields (name, DOB, document number) — collected only when required for payouts • Support communications: emails or messages you send us • Survey and task responses

When you use the Platform, we automatically collect: • Device and technical data: IP address, device type, operating system, browser type, device identifiers (IDFA/GAID) • Usage data: pages visited, offers clicked, tasks completed, session duration • App install attribution data: click identifiers, referrer data, campaign parameters (e.g., UTM tags), and install confirmation signals from third-party attribution partners • Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 5)

4a. CPI and Offer Partners
To confirm offer completions (app installs, survey submissions, task completions), we share limited technical data — such as click IDs, device identifiers, campaign parameters, and completion timestamps — with advertising networks, offer wall providers, and app developers. This data is used solely to validate completions and credit rewards. Partners are contractually prohibited from using this data for independent marketing without your consent.
4b. Service Providers
We engage trusted third-party vendors who process data on our behalf, including cloud hosting providers, payment processors, identity verification services, analytics platforms, and customer support tools. All vendors are bound by data processing agreements and may only use your data to perform services for us.
4c. Legal and Safety Disclosures
We may disclose your information where required by law, court order, or regulatory request, or where necessary to protect the rights, safety, or property of CappyCash or its users.
4d. Business Transfers
In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you via email or prominent notice on the Platform before your data becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies, pixel tags, and mobile attribution SDKs to: • Authenticate your session and maintain account security • Track offer clicks and app installs for reward attribution • Analyze Platform usage and performance • Serve or measure advertising You may control browser cookies through your browser settings. Note that disabling certain cookies may affect offer tracking and your ability to receive reward credits. Mobile app tracking can be limited through your device's ad tracking settings (iOS: Settings > Privacy > Tracking; Android: Settings > Google > Ads).
6. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Upon account deletion, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 90 days, except where retention is required by law.
7. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (TLS), access controls, and regular security reviews. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential. Notify us immediately at support@cappycash.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
8. Users Under 16
The Platform is not directed to individuals under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If we learn that we have collected data from a user under 16, we will delete that information promptly. If you believe we may have such information, contact us at support@cappycash.com.
9. Your Privacy Rights
California Residents
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), California residents have the right to: know what personal information we collect and how it is used; request deletion of their personal information; correct inaccurate personal information; opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell personal information); and non-discrimination for exercising these rights. Residents of Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, and other states with applicable privacy laws may have similar rights to access, correct, delete, and port their personal data, and to opt out of targeted advertising. 10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
